mjh09e....you have any pics of the bulbs installed in your 2011 headlights during the day time....when their not on. Just trying to see how the hellow bulb looks in the housing during the day time.
Been thinking about doing this for a while now to match my putco fogs, not sure I want to lose the actual high beam function... They do look good though . Got my putco bulbs at xenondepot, club lex approved vendor I believe.
Well these bulbs run at 65 watts instead of the 55 watts that the stock DRLs do, but the extra 10 watts shouldnt be a major issue. Other than that, Ive never head of any complaints.

I think your confusing these with LED DRLs. You dont lose your high beams with these. Just swap out your stock bulbs, its straight plug and play. I have pictures of my high beams on the previous page

Ahhh ya I misread one of your previous posts and thought the color just got deeper, but not actually brighter.
Those Putco Jet Yellow Halogen Performance Bulbs are awesome. We sell a lot of them and they work great for Fog lights and for DRL's as well. They do have a nice deep yellow tone to them
