Default DRL in Turn

following in the footsteps of many here, connect my DRL (13SMD) in place of the corner turn signal, leaving the middle (amber bulb) to work as a turn.
The DRL (LED) is controlled by a relay connected to the Low Beams, when on the Drl turns off. (Very easy)
I think 13led not very bright.
What are you think of this?
I need to save money to buy the 2012 headligth!
Thank you ...

I thought about doing this before, didn't seem like a terrible idea, but not very OEM, so I never did it, haha.

/Mr. OEM signing off!

That the same reason I haven't messed with my DRLs or turn signals. I don't think it looks bad but it's just not the look that I'm going for.

I think guys, for what I cost is not so terrible, and I keep all the functionality of lights, including Hi beams.
The flash relay fix it myself, I do not had to buy a relay 350.
$ 12 = a relay (12V)
$ 15 = two 13SMDLed.

thanks for the recommendations ..

I would have just run BOTH of the turn signals as DRL/turn signals with switchback LEDs.

Can't find the thread right now but I remember a thread a while back where someone did this

It is not complicated, for here you can have a reference only to change the types of smd.

IMHO The more lights the safer your vehicle is. I dunno why people want less light (i.e. black out rear lights) and mess with DRL.
