that is sooo superficial! i'd keep it as is!!
the way i see it... scratches on wheels are inevitable unless you don't use it!
you'll get scratches from not only curbs, but from mounting wheels, mounting tires, balancing tires, car washes, and rock chips!
i've learned to deal with it... and get them refinished that's if they don't bend!
but if they do... ditch them like old shoes and get some new kicks!
