I want USB in my 2006 is250

I was wondering if I was able to install a oem USB into my is250 with navi... Help please!!!!

Nope.

You have a 5th gen Nav system.

Only the 6th gen system, in 2010 and newer models, has a factory USB input.

You can install one of the various aftermarket ipod type adapters though which can offer a USB input.

get a medialinq + from vais tech it will let you use USB hard drives and ipods/iphones...also androids soon to watch video and listen to music using your stock nav. Even your steering wheel remotes and touch screen work with it. Just look in the audio visual section. I installed one myself and its my favorite mod.
