Glad to see they totaled it out, its for the better seeing as that was a pretty good impact your car took. Like Joeb posted, you should get a check that would be enough to purchase a replacement car similar to yours on the market today.
So you got a replacement car in mind yet?

I'm glad they totaled it, I just dealt with this with my dads old toyota truck. They will give you what ever the area market value of the car is.
