I did it, locked my keyfob in the car!
#33
I used to work for companies like Motorola and some Chinese computer developers. So many meetings, and so many presentations left on the roofs of cars, ending up on the street somewhere, "blowin' in the wind..". Now, working my retirement security job, I know a lockout service guy who opens cars 24/7. I just call him and he helps people out fast. He has an inflatable flat rectangular bag that the slides in when he pries doors and windows open just slightly, then inflates it. I mean, this guy can open anything. He has all sorts of oddly shaped long probes, to hook keys, etc.
Now for my stupid mistake. I was working in my yard and the temp hit around 115. I just couldn't take it anymore and jumped into the pool. Then I heard the garage door going up, but my house is walled and gated, so what is going on? DOH! The key fob to my Cherokee and an extra fob for the garage door were in my swimming suit. OH, NOOOO!!!
Cost me around 200 bucks to have new fobs made.
