Thanks! If I didn't get the A5 I would have waited for the RC350.

I'm quite set on my next car being a '13 Porsche Cayman. The only car that may sway my decision would be the upcoming RC 350.

If I get the promotion at work I plan to pick up a GT-R 35. If no promotion then it will be a Lexus RC

Well then state a price range.

I'd say a Kia Soul or Toyota Prius

Well Im thinking Lexus IS 350 base model price range bc that is what I own. I never cared much for navi, audio, ect that comes in the extra packages..
Out of you truck guys whats your stance on Ford? I have been going back on forth with the Toyota tacoma & the Ford FX 4 but now I priced a Raptor which is actually close by in price to the FX 4. Ive driven almost every truck & for sum reason Ford sticks out in both looks & the way they drive. I always liked the look of the Raptor & they are very rare around here while the other trucks are all over... I always thought they were too much until I priced one yesterday...

I ended up getting a 335i & kept the IS350, eventually sold the 335i & bought a C63. Still have the IS350 though, perfect DD, just can't get rid of it lol

My advice is to stick with lexus - I just sold my loaded Audi a4 with 110k on it after 5 years and $8k in repair bills. That's including doing most work myself! German cars drive like no other, and I was REALLY close to buying an S5 but bought an is350 after reading so many 'complaints' about $500 maintenance visits! 90k service on a German V6 will run you $2-$3k, and after that $1200 every 30k or so if you let someone else do the work - there is a reason you are so many $60k German sports cars sell for $20k in 3-5 years...

I also drove a Cayman S a couple weeks ago - sexy car, but with 50k miles on it, it wasn't nearly as tight as the lexus. It would be my weekend choice though at the moment...

I know how you guys feel about the IS being too small lol...Im about 6 foot & at times my back hurts from sitting in the IS...I love how it drives though, a bigger car cannot handle like the IS. I jump from a Toyota Tundra to the IS & its a huge difference in handling speed ect lol I'm currently in an ES350 loaner & the room inside is amazing...Its got all the bells and whistles & Im going to be a bit sad when I have to step back into my old IS 06...

2014 IS gained a good amount of room, might want to check it out. Obviously wont be as spacious as a ES but with how much lower the front seats go, it seems like a couple inches of headroom was gained. A bit more room in the backseat too. 2IS almost feels like an ES now with the lack of supportive seats (FSport), 3IS feels much more like a cockpit now.
