I hope mine are the 2012 ones, I do not the dig 2011 yellow look at all.
I also bought my headlights from the last group buy from Sewell and I got the correct ones.

Btw you should try and install them yourself because the dealer is going to charge you an arm and a leg

Yeah, so are my eyelash 2012 ones that I ordered from Sewell. No one will notice the bubbling unless you really look for it. Maybe I should just leave them be.

The bubbling has nothing to do with parking in the sun all day. Its caused from the projector getting hot. I took a quick look at a barely used 2012 IS sitting on the Lexus lot here and it already had the issue right in front of the projectors, both sides. I bought used LED lights off of a 2013 and it has the bubbling too. But like others said it doesn't bother me. If someone didn't know what to look for they would never notice it.

Thank you guys for the input, and as far as wiring goes these should be plug and play unless you want 100% brightness correct? Really wanted 100% during the day and as you turn on lowbeams at night they switch to 50% :/

Correct, my 2012 IS250 had the bubbling within less than 10 months, the car is garaged and parked in covered parking, so the bubbling comes from the projectors.

The dealer replaced mine. If you do, make sure you check with your advisor to see if they have them in stock, otherwise you'll have to come back when they get them in order to do the work. I was told they need to remove the front bumper in order to replace them, so it sounds like a pain to do it yourself imo.

Its only hard if you have never done it before. Once you know how to remove the bumper, it doesnt take that long at all

Yea it's actually pretty easy. The bumper is mostly just clips and you don't even have to take the bumper all the way off. We just took all the upper clips off and let the bumper hang to swap out the lights.

Getting mine replaced on Wednesday. My 2011 IS250 only has 9500 miles (purchased in June 2011), always garaged.

Guess you missed the Retrofited part, my headlights have TSX projectors, which i've been saying for months that the bubbling comes from the projectors but few members beleive me.

I just got a 2011 IS350. Is the bubbling problem described earlier just in front the low beam? Both of my lights have some have some bumpy ridges just in front of the low beam on the bottom portion of the light housing.
