Default Another wheel question thread

For those who have more experience in the wheels part, please give me some advice

My is250 will be arriving early May and I was just wonder if these wheels will fit/look good??
If im not mistaken, the OEM is 18x8 offset +40
these GGames are 19x8 +42
Pretty similar, other than the diameter of the wheel.

My car is a RWD, sooo..... will the 19x8 look funny? will it work? (i know it will work... but is it a waste of time? or should i just sell and save up for a new set of wheels?)
ps: my very first set of wheels and i do like em alot :P
Your input is very much welcomed!

I think that if you plan on lowering the car (negative camber comes to play) you are going to have to space the rear wheels out or they will be sunken in (appear hidden by the wheel wells). Comparing your wheels to a conservative fitting wheel like the F-sport wheels, their sized at 19x8+40 and 19x9+40, you would probably want to run a 15mm spacer for the rear.
This is all personal asthetics. You may put them on and think they look perfect. If so, go with it. If you like the wheels alot, and you install them and all you need is a 15mm spacer for the rear, thats a small fix for a set of rims you really like.

Will that 1" difference screw up my traction?
Not racing or aggressive driving...
But where I live, its rain, rain and some more rain

I would wait, those are very weak wheels and will be VERY sunk in. Spacers arent safe.

Actaully Griix,

The offets is actually like this for stock 18"
18 x 8.0 + 45 mm
18 x 8.5 + 50 mm

F-Sport Forged
19 x 8.0 + 40 mm
19 x 9.0 + 40 mm
