You need to remove the kick panel where the gas/brake pedals are which is held by two screws. Move the kick panel to the side, then you're going to have to lie down on your pack with your head down on the floor hear the panels and use your hands to reach up to the turn signal flasher which is secured to a metal like post.
i think your talking about the same flasher i changed already bc i thought it was bad, thanks thou
