oh for sure I'm going ask them to provide me account of everything they looked at and how much time spent. i know they trying to bring in money, but they not going to charge me couple hundred just for telling me what was wrong, which i think they knew the problem from the beginning since all the code were focused on abs, vcs,... he also mentioned to me once that it took the mechanic over an hour to get codes, which is just probably a 10 minute job.

Tha is really strange!!
How is it that dealership tech. pulls out all these codes but nobody takes the time to explain what each means. NOt a dealership I want to go to.
If I were you, I would call them and demand an explanation for each of the codes. Hopefuly, you are under warranty and they can take care of all these issues.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but just had this similar problem while my wife was driving the car! We could have crashed! I'm so pissed. Definitely, reporting it to NHTSA.
