LFA style wheels now offered in "18
Came across this listing on ebay which caught my attention. They have a LFA rep in 18" which some people would probably prefer to avoid rubbing issues. Though i should share the wealth. This actually also throws a curveball into my plans because a local is selling me some genesis track wheels powdercoated black for 600. These are only 50 more so .

They caught my eye as well, but they are not staggered tho, all are 18x8. Would be nice to see these 18" on someones car, 19" definitely look good.
Since they are 18x8 could i still run my 255/40/18 tires in the rear?

As for the tire question i have no knowledge of tire fitment spacing ect....lol although i was reading a thread last night on the genesis wheels where i think someone said they had 19x8 and had to run atleast a 5mm spacer to avoid rubbing issues with that size tire. but dont take my word for it look it up.

Yeah i like the genesis wheels better but only thing that concerns me is having to deal with getting a center cap that fits, buying lugnuts that fit, buying a hubcentric ring, having to roll fender, the price of 19" tires and the fact that the guy had them powdercoated idk the integrity of the job and how it would hold up. it would suck to have to repaint them 5 months after aquiring them.
I've always been a nervous person and was put through a lot of stress with my last car doing mods so i try to avoid anything that could be problematic.

you should not have to roll fenders for the genesis wheels. whoever told you that is either stuffing oversized tires under the fenders, or simply doesn't know better.

So so far i understand that.....
1. I will need to buy es300 caps and modify them
2. Hubcentric Ring is recomended although some dont use it
3. No spacer is needed to clear breaks on is250 but atleast a 5mm is needed for is350

Good to know. Honestly i just read soo much crap last night trying to figure out exactly what i needed to know before i run these that i probably just confused it with a discussion about what tires people were attempting to run with these.

2. i would run hubcentric rings on any wheel that does not have the 2is oem hub bore size. you can find them for cheap online or at your local wheel/tire shop.
3. not sure, but the genesis track 19" wheels do clear the oem brembos that come with the track package. i'd think that they should clear the IS350 calipers as well...
