im in a pickle, i just install them but the drl are not turning on, i thought buying these will eliminate the ugly yellow parking lights..... i need help

Did you check your fuse? It might have blown. Its in the engine bay, drivers side fuse box. Check all your HD LP, its a 15 amp micro fuse.

Sounds like you need to swap the wires/pins. LEDs only transfer electricity in one directions. They are diodes!

what wires do i got to swap?> i dont think the fuse was blown but i havent check... i dont even know how to turn those drl on....

if you installed it properly, it would turn on just like your factory 9005 use to turn on. doesnt require any new way to turn it on.

turn your car on. leave in park.. take the parking brake off. they should turn on. or u can flash your high beams to test since its the same bulb.

parking lights and DRL is two separate bulbs. your ugly yellow parking light is a 194 Wedge Bulb located towards the top corner of the highbeam/DRL area.

My wires were backwards also and the fuse popped.

so what i change was my drl right? my parking light is only when im park and doesnt /shouldn't be on when im driving right ??
i guess ill start my car and still wassup tommrow

your DRL is on during the daytime when your headlights are off. your DRL turns off when your headlights turn on along with your parking lights.

update so i turn the car on without turing any lights, went to drive mode and..................... nothing turns on. so idk yet

make sure you're E brake is up and that's when the DRL's come on.
