Tire wear question!

Tire wear question!
So today I was getting my tires balanced at my local discount tire. I have stock 18's on Goodyear Eagle GT's.
Last weekend while doing my brake fluid, I noticed my rear 2 tires were wearing unevenly. So i decided to get my alignment checked, (I have lifetime alignment at firestone) and everything came out perfect. So today I was getting my tires balanced at my local discount tire. I asked the guy to check them out and he said they were fine.
The tire is wearing in an angle, I wish i took a picture while they were out. Like the inside has more treat then the outside. Its the same on both rears.
I have stock 18's on Goodyear Eagle GT's. About 15k on the tires.
Is this normal?

Normal? No
If you have more tread on the insides most likely you have to much toe in.
Toe-in is gonna wear the outer edges.
Firestone wouldn't know if your alignment was good or not, all there trying get to is in the GREEN. Even in the green you can still have tire wear.
Did you get a print out of the alignment?

He said thats the way all "sports" cars are. Including Lexus, BMW, MB, etc.

I'm pretty sure they have no clue of doing a sub frame adjustment and doing a toe set to 0-.2 so for the sake of getting your money's worth just go back every 6 months for a check and a balance. Also there is no camber adjustment without figs arms or megans

I have a tire wear question! too.
A few days ago, I got my car oil change and replace rear-view mirror at 40K miles, and the dealership measured my tire wears as the following:
Front left and right edge: 3mm
Front left and right center: 6mm
Rear left and right edge/center: 5mm
Is this normal wear on the front tires? Does that mean they were under-inflated? And how much thickness left before replacement is needed (2mm in few thousand more miles)?
