Default Coolant flush

Guys, anyone knows the location of the engine block bolts to drain the coolant? Picture would be very helpful. Also the part number for intake manifold gasket when changing spark plugs. Yes, I have a 250

Appreciate the help

Not sure about the coolant but for the intake manifold gasket, refer to this page:

Why not take it to Toyota dealership and have them do it. On my RX I was there less than an hour and it was $149 for fluid and labour
