I haven't tried this on my leather, but I can say that it does work on plastics (door sill, dashboard, paper holder behind the front seats, etc).

I use:

Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer Cleaner (dash)
Zymol Z-507 Leather Cleaner
Zymol Z-509 Leather Conditioner

When you clean the leather right with Z-507 and then wait for a bit and apply Z-509 the seats look like great! I highly recommend it.
Even though the seats are coated from the factory, it works just great.

I use and love 303 Aerospace Protectant for the dash and all similar surfaces. I have yet to find a leather conditioner I'm satisfied with yet.

i'm a big fan of leather masters for quarterly leather cleaning as well as weekly vacuum and wipedowns with a clean cloth and distilled water.

the water will hydrate the leather and will remove any dirt. the dirt is abrasive to the leather.

but to go into futher depth, talk to jfelbab. he's the leather guru.
