Wheel experts I have a question

Had a question about changing offsets. Say the wheel is 19x9.5 offset 42. Say you re lip them and change the wheel to 19x10 or 19x10.5 what would the offset change to?

I beleave for every inch is 25mm so 19x10+29 /19x10.5+17
