Just bought a 2011 IS350 F Sport

I didnt realize the shocks and struts were the same from the X package. I'm surprised I haven't seen more of those on the road (at least I dont recall seeing those wheels on any IS's).
I'm thinking the handling is sharp enough that I dont need to bother with the actual f sport shocks/struts.
How do you like the f sport exhaust? The reviews I have read mention that it is pretty loud around 2500 rpms.

Nice ride. Super clean
I'm a little surprise you pick the is350. Most people I meet that drive a convertible swear they will never purchase another car that's not. Unless you’re previous car was a hard top S2000.

Would love to keep both cars but will most likely be putting it up for sale in the coming weeks.

Welcome. Love the car! Mine is identical with 35% tint, F-Sport intake, 12 inch sub and F-Sport shift ****.. I didn't notice any power with the intake but the sound and look are worth the $300.

The "F-sport" package includes no actual F-sport parts, so it's pretty poorly named. It's got IS-F style seats, and some cosmetic/badging bits, special wheels, and the old sport package shocks springs (which is a package they sadly they no longer offer) which were also later used on the X package.
And yeah, I think they're better than the F-sport aftermarket parts as well. It's a 0.4 inch drop front, no drop rear, but firmer than "stock" springs and shocks, and more important they're linear springs unlike the F-sport ones.
And get the sway bars. Both of em. Easily the best mod you can do to the car.
The intake is fine (I have one, but mainly because I got it cheap... I'd just as soon put a Joe Z on the car if I hadn't.... same gain for 1/3 the price, and you can get the same sound gain free cutting a hole in the stock lower airbox)
