Just bought a 2011 IS350 F Sport
Just picked up a 2011 IS350 with the F Sport package 2 weeks ago and this is my first post. I got it with 6k miles and it is fully stock outside of the 35% tint all around. I'm coming from a 2008 S2000 but was surprised at how well the car handles. The low end power is also amazing and is proving to be much more useful during my daily commute.
The only criticism I have is the tire noise on the highway. It's probably a combination of the rough LA freeways and summer tires. Let me know your thoughts.
Potential mods later this year - F Sport intake and Sway bars. Im open to hearing thoughts on these mods - Im looking for a little more intake sound as I know the hp increase is minimal. Regarding the sway bars, can you feel the difference away from the track?
The attached pics isn't the best...its from my cell phone and the sun was setting but I wanted to attach something to this post. More to come later.
This car is an absolute blast to drive and cant wait to rack up more miles.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately the F Sport package doesnt include the intake or exhaust. It includes F Sport shocks/struts, front lip, rear spoiler, sport seats, 18" wheels, and some other items I'm probably forgetting.
Couldn't agree more that black is a b*t*h to keep clean. I had a 2003 350z that was black and after a few years it really only looked good from outside 10'-15' or at sunset.

Yeah, the IS350 has superb low end power.
IS350 Acceleration profile:
0 to 40 (1st gear) it can hang with the best of them. The 1st gear of the IS350 is actually probably a tad bit more powerful than the 1st gear of the ISF.

One note on the above, the springs / shocks are not the F Sport ones (like the intake exhaust) they are from the old X Package. Some say that they are better then the f ones because they are linear and not progressive giving it a more predictable feeling. Also they give iirc a .5" rear drop only. This was something that took me awhile to figure out myself =P
