Wow and your car is bright red too. Sucks. New paint job and maybe a lip kit too?

Why don't you see about paying the difference for an upgraded front bumper (I.e. isf)

Maybe he initially looked and didn't see you there? Yeah I'm a bit curious how he backed into you if you're going in straight back, he must of turned super sharp or something.

See if the local body shop is willing to get a factory painted bumper from Lexus Japan. This way you'll have a factory painted bumper as opposed to a new one which needs to be painted which would be done by the body shop.

dude, make sure you take it to a Lexus dealer/body shop, nowhere else.

Pity, some people are just plain scary in parking lots.

+1 on Lexus body shop. I haven't had any body work done but I would do my best to either have Lexus do it or a shop that does work for Lexus. I had a job done back in the day on a 92 Nissan 240sx and I ended up getting the orange peel effect. They were able to remedy it for the most part but it never looked quite the same. Make sure it's a quality shop that backs up their work. Good luck!!!

Damages doesn't look bad at all. Might be able to just repaint the whole bumper for way cheaper than $7XX

And those white marks look like it can be easily buffed out.
