Default Issues with 08 is250. What should I do?

I bought an is 250 a month ago and it has already gone to the dealer twice. The tranny has been replaced under the tsb. And one of the headlights was non adjusting. Now the fogs are intermittently working. I have put 1k into upgrades, tint, new shift boots, sparco shift ****, led bulbs, AEM intake and a door trim piece. The dealer said they would take the car back and trade me out if it. It's an 08 250 6mt with 33k miles. How hard will it be to sell the intake, shift **** and replacement shift boots? I like the car but wish it was not such a headache the first month of owning it.

If you get another IS you can keep the intake. As far as selling the shift boots, you'd have to find someone with a manual which are more rare.

Yea I missed out on a 08 ISF. Asking price was 38,900. 32k and clean. Sold before I could look at it.

Other than the added 100 horses, what makes the 350 different? Anything?

Nope. Pretty much exact same car, but with an extra 100 HP. Naturally, this means the car is more expensive than a 250 and gets slightly worse gas mileage, but 100 HP more than outweighs the comparably small price increase and gas mileage decrease.

And you can easily sell all those aftermarket parts on the CL Classifieds if you're so inclined.

easier maint. on the is350, search here. Just the brakes upgrade is worth the extra $ from 250 to 350. i'll sell you my 250 if you want, so i can buy a 350.
