^yup, it's actually really common to have IS250 as taxi in taiwan. And correct me if i'm wrong but i believe is250 in taiwan goes for near $70-$80k based on last time when i saw it 
.. $50kUSD sounds more like us Canadian's price 
...
Here's one that i took when i went back for vacation. Don't know why they chose IS250 as a platform when there is barely any leg room in the back

I must remembered the old pricing... 1,830,000NTD... but the you can bargain a bit around 150,000NTD off max....
now its 185, 205, 209
so one can probably get 120,000 off, make it around 55-60k USD... hahah
