Default Need some advice ASAP on Running 20" on IS250

Im considering buying some S5:F in 20x10.5. Is it possible to run these on an is250 if so what do i need to know before doing this? I have next to no knowledge of how offsets work and all that stuff so if you can educate me a little i would appreciate it but speak in basic terms since im a noob.

Wheels specs are 20x10.5 +22
I currently have no drop but want to do F sport or H&R.

My streets are rough and i dont want to rub. Please advise.

I have 10.5 in the rear. +22 is a bit more Agressive than I have. You'll need to do some quarter panel work and that size will only fit the rear. Springs you chose are good.

Is that 20 x 10.5 on all four corners or just the rears?

Is that all around 20x10.5? Because that's pretty much a no go for the front. lol
