IS350 new wheel fitment

I'm just getting this car and I would like to put a different set of wheels on.

2006 IS350 RWD

Will these wheels fit?

18x8 front and rear
Offset 38

Tires, will these fit these wheels?
225-40-18 Fronts
255-40-18 Rear
