traded in my '11 IS250 for a CPO '09 IS350 today
i was deciding between keeping the 250 and getting the '12 IS350 f-sport, guess what, i settled on the middle ground. traded it in for a low mileage CPO '09 IS350 today. same color everything. Just done switching all my f-sport stuff on to the new car this afternoon.
plus: fast, fast, fast. it's like night and day compare to the 250. no longer need to smash gas pedal all the way down and stay down just to merge into traffic from on ramps.
minus: the dated DVD navigation really gets old, and the '09 don't even have the USB connector.
i don't really miss the LED DRL on my 250 at all. next stop, paint those huge brake calibers. pictures to come.

Lexus Test Driver
I worry about the $ you lost getting rid of a car so soon.

I'd miss some the headlights and USB myself if I did that... Great to hear you got something you like though!
I know what you mean about smashing the pedal to go fast. I felt the same way when I test drove the IS250, which is why I got the IS350.

IS250:
IS350:
Solid upgrade.
If you raced an IS250 from 0, you'd have a 6.5 car lead by just 50 MPH (I did the math).
You'd be more than half a football field (60 yards) in front of an IS250 if you were to race one from 0 until you hit 100 MPH (and still pulling).
Just to give you a sense of the magnitude of the upgrade.
