Default Recommended service at 9k miles/ 15k km?

I currently have 15 000km which is about a little over 9000 miles on my car.
I picked up my car in February 2010 so just about over 2 years now and have only done 3 oil changes at the dealership.
A friend said to go in for a brake service and another said just oil change again.
Need to go in for service soon so which service would be recommended?

Follow what the manual says. Whether it's miles or time, it's all written out what the factory recommends.

+1. I know US spec is oil change every 5k miles or 6 months.

This is all in your scheduled maintenance guide which came with the car. If you don't have it, it's in PDF format on the Lexus website. Just follow the directions provided. Ask for only what you need.

change your oil every 5000 miles. check, clean or replace (depending on type) your air filter every 10000 miles. then replace anything that wears and tears. no sense in replacing pads or rotors if your pads and rotors are still fine. my car is at 46k and ive done front pads twice. 1) low dust TSB 2) new pads cause they squeaked. rear pads are still original and both front and rear rotors are still original. whats next? at 50k i plan on replace front rotors and pads again. and if he rears look bad ill do that too. oh and ive also replaced tires of course.
