I bet your insurance agent can let you know. Kind of hard to give you an answer without seeing the damage.

Without seeing pics, nobody can know. I believe the rule of thumb is if the damage exceeds 75% of the vehicles value, or if it's been involved in a rollover, the vehicle will be deemed a total loss.

I'm not sure what IS350's book for, but that will give you an idea.

If none of the airbags went off and there's no frame damaged, it might not be totaled.

But if it was sandwiched between 2 trucks at 40mph, there's a good chance there is some frame damage, even if it's just minor. Pics would help though

Depends, does it look like this guy's? He got his IS250 totaled by a guy rear ending him going 40 MPH at a stop light and he also hit someone else above him so technically it was a sandwich. He then bought an ISF with the money he got. Lol.

if some part of you vehicle cannot be fixed/replaced then it might also be classified as totaled. i had a 2012 nissan altima before my is250, and last semester the roof was damaged on one of those car carrier transport things and my insurance agents couldnt find a collision center that could repair my car b/c there werent any 2012 parts around body shops yet?

but i see you're not on a 2012 is250 so disregard everything i just said

Broken rear window doesn't sound good - possible frame/body damage that isn't obvious to the untrained eye.
