Default Tire suggestions I need help

Im buying a square set up of 2010 IS-F reps tomorrow and found what seams to be a great deal for 4 blizzaks with decent thread for $80.

I have an awd are these tires alright for an 18x8 wheel?

Aren't blizzaks winter tires?

If you run staggered you should do 225/40/18 F & 255/35/18 R as per the sticky threads in this forum.

Blizzaks are winter wheels, just FYI.

For AWD 18x8 all around I would just run 225/40/18 on all 4 corners.

Yeah im aware. I figgured even if they wear fast its still not a bad investment for $80s since they have decent thread. Im just concerned that the two tire widths may throw something for a loop.

handling on dry, warm, roads will be pretty awful... so will stopping distance compared to any decent summer tires.

And yeah, the mismatched tire diameters will throw the AWD system for a loop. Possibly an expensive one.

I said this in another thread but will post it here.

Some poeple have run staggered but it's not good for it if it was not designed to run this way. Also can affect, cornering, braking and acceleration if one is not aware of the balance of the car
