At ~$1500 (for all 4 wheels) for the wheels the OP posted, you can not get Works/SSR/etc for that price new, and even used that is a stretch.

To OP, not many people have lips that size because the wheels you posted, the wheel faces dip backwards towards the brakes to give the wheels a "bigger lip" and i havent seen many other wheels do that. Not my style, but go for it if you like them.

Of course not brand new. Used yes, granted they won't be to your like. You buy cheap faces and relip them. I bought a set of 19" SSR for 1k then i relipped/polish it for an extra $500 totaling up to $1500 for 19x9.5 and 19x10.5

There are sub 1.5k name brand wheels out there you just have to be patient and look around quite often.
