DO NOT GO HERE....Lexus should close this place the service is so bad
Look at all the bad reviews....

I would never go to this dealership ever again. Poor service time and time again. I bought an battery with an 84 month warranty, which went bad under 2 years which is supposed to be free replacement, but when I arrived the parts dept told me they don't keep any records of parts sold, even ones with warranties, unless they install them. I even had to give them all my info for the warranty when I bought the battery, I guess they don't know how to keep a customer database for purchases which i think is pretty standard these days especially for lexus. Even as I stood there, i saw another customer who was frustrated for waiting for 20 minutes to be helped by anyone.

Newport lexus did a $3000 cam noise repair on my car under warranty and were determined to
make sure my car ran perfectly.

Well it's not Lexus its the franchise dealer. Report the problem to Lexus but also to the franchises corporate HQ

Westminster Lexus is good. Never been to service at Tustin but their sales dept is crap so I would assume service would follow suit. Newport is good imo they replaced my wiper inserts for free when my Westminster SA wanted to charge me half hour labor.

That sucks, but it really is your responsibility to keep receipts for warranty purposes.

I mean most places should be able to look it up for you, and most probably will, but it is your responsibility.

I tried to buy an is from them. They refused to work with me after two trips there from San Diego. Went 5to mins away to Westminster and got my is from them and what do u know I had a better credit score with them using the sale Lexus financial. Not to mention was out the door in less then an hour from my test drive. Tustin lexus sucks!

Tustin Lexus does suck! Their sales staff is a joke and the sales manager was an idiot when i bought my GX there. I wanted to buy a CPO there and they let me test drive it with a blown intake gasket, which made it have poor performance...The salesman said that is the performance that is to be expected from the GX. He then had it checked out in the shop and they found that the gasket was blown. They fixed the gasket and the GX has run well since, but the salesmen were idiots!

I can't believe the Newport Lexus and Tustin are owned by the same people?! I bought my IS at Newport and that place is like a Lexus Paradise as far as the "Coffee Bar" and waiting room!! The salesman there was decent...

Must not be a problem with ownership, only the management. I've been to Tustin Lexus once for a warranty issue and didn't have a problem. But I don't go there on a regular basis so I don't know.

Seeing all the bad remarks about it will make me steer away from them. Good to know.

I don't personally know about Tustin Lexus, but as far as reading online reviews, you will find complaints about every dealership out there. ALL of them have a long list of complaints. It's the nature of that business and the free speaking of the internet that makes it all happen even more.

It's true that there are plenty of complaints about most businesses...because a person who is ticked off is more likely to go on the internet and post a review then someone who is happy with their experience. At the same time though, if your reviews show customers are overwhelmingly dissatisfied, there's something the dealership needs to fix.
