Default Color Matching Rims

ok so basically my friends are telling me to re-coat my rims to color match my car...and i've had a lot of people mention the idea to me, i personally do not care what people think of my car i love my car because it makes me happy but its got me curious of how it would look or if anyone else has considered this, this is the current setup,

Looks good in black. Red rims would make you stand out more though... not sure if you want that or not

Keep it black It's nice to have some contrast.

I have one suggestion though... vinyl wrap with matte black your chrome window trim

Car is already looking good with the two tone setup. I like the black rims with a dark tint too

Keep them black. The color match will make it look tacky, IMO.

The black looks good with the red

Mine are color matched and definitely not TACKY. Play around with the colors a bit. Solid MRM won't look good. But maybe MRM with black combo will work out better for you. Check it out.

^It's different, white on white is sexy (with the right wheels)

Red on red? not so much, IMO. lol

I think the black wheels add a nice contrast to the red!

^^^^^ Maybe you are right. But I think if he did the sides of the faces MRM color. He might be able to pull it off. Kinda like in the pic below. But with the MRM where the blue is. It is not some much. It highlights the wheel just enough. The OP has a similar crease on his face sides. What do you think?

On many other cars, I'd say color matching it looks really good. I think it may be too much with the color of your car. Keep it how it is, it looks good.
