getting wheels need some help please :\
Okay i'm new to all this and just need a little help, I'm picking up my 07 IS 350 next week, its 100% bone stock so when i pick it up i would like to throw some wheels on it immediately.. This is where i need the help, I've been checking out the 19" MRR GT-1 chrome wheels for a little while and for the price i think it fits my style, the front wheels are 19x8.5 and the rears are 19x9.5, i liked the 20'' wheels better but i kept reading how people have to like roll/shave fenders, get spacers etc. and i honestly know like nothing about all that so if i go with the 19'' rims that i mentioned will i have any problems like that? and also i dont know what bolt pattern/offset to get.. Theres also an option to have tires put on before theyre delivered, whats my best choice for a DECENT price? Help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Matt
Thanks,
Matt

What are the widths and offsets of the 20 inch wheels you like? What are the offsets of the 19x8.5 and 19x9.5? Just because its a 20 inch wheel doesnt mean youll have to roll or shave your fenders, the offset and tire size will play a bigger role into that. We'll also need to know if you are planning on lowering your car, and if so, with springs or coilovers.
Our lug pattern is 114.3. And here is an application guide for the wheels you like http://www.mrrwheels.com/applications.html

il post all the options and details on the 20" wheels in a sec, and il eventually lower the car on coilovers but i just wanna get the wheels first

okay for the 20'' wheels, the fronts would be 20x8.5 rears are 20x10. front wheel options are 32mm offset with 5x112 bolt pattern, next option is 20mm offset with 5x120 bolt pattern, last 2 options are 20 or 35mm offset with a 5x4.5/114.3 bolt pattern. the rear wheel options are: 35 or 43mm offset with 5x112 bolt pattern, next is 20mm offset with 5x120 bolt pattern, next 2 options are 25 or 43mm offset with 5x4.5/114.3 bolt pattern and like i said i have no idea which ones to get...

Don't rush your wheel purchase. Seems like your new to picking wheels so you should study up a bit and look around before investing. If you don't you could end up regretting your purchase, or worse get wheels that wont fit your car. Well first of all, you need to know that our bolt pattern is 5x114.3. All other bolt patterns such as 5x112 do not fit on our car. So only look at wheels with our bolt pattern. No one can really tell you what sort of fitment you should get. It depends on what you want. Do you want a nonstaggered or staggered setup? Do you want to be flush or conservative? Best thing to do is to use the search function and look at setups other members are using, see what you like, and move from there.
