Question low beam brighter then high beam?

I recently have 6k volt HID kit for low and Xenon HID fog light... and LED for DRL.. I want to have a little more blue so I switch to 8k for low beam and fog.. The brand i replace is Xenon blub.. here my question... everything work normal before... ever since i replace to 8k.. when I turn my high beam on --high beam at 100% instead of 30%.. my high beam is not brighter then my low beam.. you wont even notice is on... My LED DRL have decoder.... is it possible that my low beam are brighter then my high beam?

In my opinion, aftermarket LEDs in headlight housings are for looks, not function.

LED's in the high beam spot are for looks only. You essentially lose high beams when you use them.

x2. Those LED's don't put out much light on the road to be used as high beams. When you use an LED in the DRL spot, you lose high beam functionality basically.

the weirdest is that it work when I still have 6k... but it would not turn on full power after I installed 8k... is there HID kit for DRL or high beam?

^ You can put a HID kit in the DRL/high beam but I wouldn't recommend it. For one, HID bulbs need to warm up, which flashing high beams won't allow for (will reduce bulb life) and secondly, that would be insanely bright to other drivers lol
