Default Buying an is250/is350 this week and got 3 options

All are clean title and well maintained. Here are the choices

1) 2007 charcoal is250- 73k miles no navi $18k

2) 2006 charcoal is250- 83k miles no navi $16.5k

3) 2006 dark blue is350- 88k miles no navi $17.5k

Which option would you choose and why? All 3 cars never been in an accident and clean with minor scratches.

I need to buy by this week cause my car is getting sold tomorrow and owner will be picking it up

Go for the is350 for the added power, its your mid range price scale shown, and for no worries of engine carbon build up. Otherwise, from the bare minimum listed, they all appear the same (since i dont consider mileage a huge factor with these cars).

man, this is a no brainer, get the 350 and mod the hell out of it since warranty is long gone.

Thanks Guys it does have the most mileage out of them but the extra Hp is worth it! I'm looking to pick it up by this week as soon as my credit union processes the loan.

I prefer charcoal paint over the dark blue onyx color though. Anyone got any pictures f some nice looking onyx blue is250/350s?

Welcome to CL, in the future you don't need to create new threads for every question. You already have a thread created on this topic here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...need-help.html

As I recommended in the other thread, make sure you do your due diligence: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...e-threads.html

Check both Carfax and Autocheck, get a dealer pre-purchase inspection, check the Lexus.com dealer service history.

Just my $.02, have a trusted mechanic take a look over it on a rack. Remember not all accidents appear on Carfax or AutoCheck.

Out of the tree, I would go with the IS350.

you have this question tells me you may have not test drove 250 and 350. If you did, option 3 is no brainer

I've drove all 3 but the thing that sets me back from the is350 is I prefer the charcoal paint and the is350 has more mileage compared to the two.

rent a cheap car for the next couple weeks and find the car you want. Buy the one that makes you entirely happy. Navi in the IS makes huge difference as far as the interior look IMO, the Mark Levinson upgrade is another huge difference. I am so glad I did not compromise any bit of what I wanted.
If its a luxury car, let it be a luxury car after all.

P.S. almost forgot 350 all the way.

since theres not that big a difference between the higher priced 250 and 350 I would go for the 350. I sometimes wish the 250 was faster

No they are not. They come with the premium audio standard.

Mark Levinson, it would have to be special ordered.
