I knew there would come the day that someone would plastidip their whole car. i was always curious how it would look; turned out a lot better than I imagined.
Plasti dip is for Hondas...WHY would you even think about using this on a Lexus? The stuff is junk and looks mickey mouse.
I find this offensive and pointless.... Pastidip is a great product if used correctly. Any car can use it no matter what, I've seen S4s completely plastidip. Just because Hondas are cheaper than Lexus and people tent to rice and do crap of their cars (specially old models) doesnt mean all Hondas are cheap and mickey mouse. I personally own a 2008 Honda Accord and I do all of my buddies IS250 work, including pastidip and it looks legit. I bet almost every member has some plastidip in their cars, specially grills.
Just for the record, this is my "mickey mouse" honda:
And yes, I like to show off and I am a proud Honda owner. On the other hand ISX50 are sexy as Spread the love lol

Correct, I literally soaked my roof on Goo Gone and then with a towel (I had to tossed it away) start removing everything. Long and tedious process on a roof, should be a piece of cake on the grill.
LOL! I was like really? hahaha Thanks man. I joined because my buddy owns a IS250 and this site has plenty of info. I did his HIDs, Fogs, intake, exhaust..... Lol. You got a dope ride as well man, clean build and love your wheels!. Congrats
LOL I was in my friend's car & he didn't have a clue what you were trying to do so I had to explain to him.
I was just curious if all that wind & drag would cause the plasti dip to run/drip.
If mine isn't SGM color I probably would've done this DIY. Looks really nice on white I must say.
i don't know if you go on revscene.net (a local car enthusiast site), but they have this thread called "Hall of Shame" where members take pictures of the wackiest/ugliest cars in Vancouver and post them. I was so scared someone would capture me at my worst moment and have my car be the newest addition to that thread hehe
i'm probably gonna plastidip my grill soon. where in FL are you?
I am at Weston, FL. About 30min north of Miami. My grill is an OEM Mugen grill for our cars. Ask Bob for his, I plastidiped his IS250 grill leaving the Lexus symbol chrome
