the "AFS fuse" does not just control AFS, by pulling it you also go without the auto leveling. The loss of both does not justify an LED strip to me, maybe one or the other but not both.

AFS light on the dash = driver is the only who sees it. LED on the headlights = everybody outside stares at them.

by buying a new 2012 auto leveling ecu.. will the afs light go away?(with removing the afs fuse) since the new ecu doesn't have afs. Some one need to test out this theory

I agree... if we were to purchase newer model cars with these lights we would not have the AFS feature.... i think everybody is just stuck on seeing their headlights move up and down when they start the car...

but again for these lights i will make that sacrifice...
pull a fuse or let it light the dash either way 2012LEDs are in my future lol

I've been doing fine without AFS and auto-leveling for 3 months now. Believe it or not I've driven cars that never came equipped with either feature (and I'm sure you have too)!

Thanks Greg.... some people make a big deal about a flashing LIGHT but dont complain about have to cut open their fender liners when lowering their car so much... oh yeah also isnt there a mod to turn off the seat belt sound but it still flashes because your not buckled up... same scenario to me... just my two cents... FYI you do what's needed to look good and there are always some consequences... lol Greg fyi still love the lights bro....
