Default Garax Bulbs on 2012 is250

Hey guys, Im new to the forum and i was wondering if you guys can solve my problem. I just install garax d4s 8000k bulbs on my is250 2012 and for reason the car isn't producing much Current to the bulbs. The bulbs would turn on and after 30min, the bulbs would turn off. Also, I try installing the bulbs on the passenger side, the bulbs would turn on like for 10sec and shut off. If any 1 have any issue like this, can u help me out?
-thanks

Not sure, but there could possibly be a problem with the bulbs igniter. Try getting a replacement pair.

if your oem bulbs work fine, then get them replaced. If oem bulbs have same problem, you probably need a new set of ballasts

this was happening to me with another brand actually, then I replaced them with Garax and they worked good. I would ask for a replacement.

I think bulbs is 35W. Going get a replacement. Hope this save the problem. The car is still new n shouldn't have any problem with the stock ballast.

I am talking about the cylinder that attaches the bottom of the bulb to the top of the bulb: The white piece in this picture.
