If people would only pick up their phone and make a phone call you would see that my above statement is a 100% positive.

IMO the people complaining that 400$ is alot of money for visors probably dont have much mods on their car lol. its like 95$ per visor
I like you and all but I wouldnt be so quick to pull THAT trigger, I have over $6,000.00 in my car and still dont have JDM visors. Still IMO I would never buy the AVS, if I ever do get a set it will be JDM.

yes yes i know but you got to realize $400 for visors now Vroomin350 said $290 still a bit steep for plastic, but not that bad, me personally I wouldn't spend more then $200. It should be $50 a visor AT MOST not $95 lol.

that price of $290 was like 3-4 years ago.
side visors retail in Japan for 29,400 yen (currently about $370).
weak dollar = higher price for Japan products

This are the facts JDM
1. many members have had at least one visor broken or stolen (JDM $400)
2. They can't find anybody selling a single one or the one they need
3. Members will either have to buy a new set $400, keep looking or remove them
With this information, I opted for AVS http://www.autopartstomorrow.com/components/1505
These are also slick, seemless and maybe not the strongest material but JDM also breaks and get stolen. $400 vs $105

More facts AVS visors
1. keep rain out. Not ture
2. good for smokers. Not ture
3. allows some air in. Not ture.
4. no noise. Yes!
4. blocks sun out. yes (but only helpfull if your head touches headliner to benefit from it).
Visors are very slick, there is only about 2mm of space between window and edge of visor that does not allow air, rain come in/smoke get out freely. If you want air to come in or smoke come out, one will need to open window below visor (not just 3" or 4") but rain and noise will filter in cabin.
Does JDM work the same way?

More facts
Purpose for AVS visors looks only. JDM not sure. I never had them.

I bought AVS and regret it. I wouldn't buy the the JDMs new, but I'd buy them used for cheaper if the opportunity came up. The front fitment isn't that good and the rears are warped to hell. They will suffice for now until a good deal comes up.
