Default Head unit not working...help!

I go to start my is350 this morning and my battery is dead, I guess I left something on. I boost it, no problems there. Then I realize my whole head unit is not working.

When I start the car the AC units back light turns on but I see no symbols for anything to do with the climate control, fan, temp, etc. Now the back light on the stereo part of the same unit only lights up for about a second on start up and then turns off. Also when the interior lights are on all my buttons light up no problem. Ive checked all the fuses and none of them look to be blown. So at this point I am getting no AC and no music which kinda sucks!

Anyone had this problem or heard of it? Is there some sort of process I need to go through once the batter was charged? Kind of like the power window thing?

Sounds like the battery is so low it's not letting things in the car turn on. Did you get a new battery?
