hopefully they are wrong about the $600 price tag I believe that is $100 more than the top of the line iphone version...

 

It looks really good, and with vlingo I'm guessing you could make this integration completely hands free....and without a special talk button like you will need for Siri and iOS 6.

 

the android one is more expensive because of the extra hardware for hdmi capability, extra license fee to play videos, etc... maybe if there are enough volume on these units it's going to help lower the cost?

 

Yeah I frequent that site so I submitted the info to them that maybe they would want to cover it since it is some new tech for cars going on. Thought they maybe would have done a little more on it though unless they couldn't get them to divulge anymore info at this time.

I was hoping the $600 price was for the combo unit which then I would understand the cost. If that is going to be the Android cost I am worried to see the cost of the combo unit which is the one I really want since I have Android Phone but I also have an iPod Touch as well still.
