Seriously like 90%+ of the people on this forum (CL in general, and I'd extend that to most car enthusiast forums in general, actually) are reckless drivers (speeding more than 10 MPH over the limit, illegal street racing, probably heavy tailgating like this guy did to the benz), and I'm no exception (although I would never tailgate like that).
I don't know why people are getting all riled up over the legality of this guy's actions in this thread.
Like, there was a recent thread in the LFA section about a guy in his LFA getting pulled over for going 140 MPH on the road, and like everyone came in and called the cop a "douche" for pulling him over.
The point is, in general on car enthusiast forums it should be obvious that most people drive their cars illegally from time to time (or maybe even most of the time).
To answer ohiois350's question - No, it's not legal to drive as fast as you can just because you organize a group of cars to go from point A to point B using public roads and call it a "rally." But what of it?
