Default can someone name this sensor?



Anybody know what this part does or is called? I destroyed it somehow. this just happened i dont have any warning lights on my dash or anything. It is located on the inner wheel well (driver side). The bottom pic is where is hooks up to. Car is a 2006 lexus is350. Any help is appreciated.

Do you know if this was attached to something? I was searching the Sewell site and saw a headlight washer relay or an ambient temp sensor in the area you described...but not sure what exactly it is. The diagrams are not clear.

And have you tried emailing Darrell at Sewell? I bet he can identify it.

i have no idea what it was attached to, i just found it broke.
my headlight washers are working.
i have not emailed him, do you have his email?

Just go to the Sewell website and go to the contact page. Fill out the information and submit it. Put Darrell's name in the body of the message so he knows to get it. Then, he'll reply back to you. Depending on how busy they are, it may be a day until he responds.

Looks like you got yourself a skid control sensor and maybe a speed sensor too.....

i will do that aswell, i just emailed lexusparts@sewell.com idk if its the same email.

I hate the service from Sewell, they never reply to any of my emails but ship crazy fast. I had a problem with my order and didn't know what address they shipped to so I emailed them. I got my package in about three days but no reply yet still.

On the other hand, I messed up my skid sensor and wire while installing springs. However, I can't recognize that being the skid sensor. I also got the Check VSC light from when I messed it up.

ahhh yeah, i havnt got a email back yet.
i really dont want to take it to lexus to find out what sensor i need, im sure they will charge for that.
