Driver's side window won't roll up....and YES, I did do a search.
I have a 2006 IS250 AWD, I haven't had any issues with the window before, and did a search but came up with nothing, so I'm looking to see if anyone has had this problem or similar, unfortunately I am out of warranty, but have the capability of working on my own car, so tearing into it doesn't scare me. So here's my problem....
I rolled down the driver's side window today and now it won't go back up, it makes a sound like it wants to, but does nothing. All the other windows go up and down from the drivers side window switch. Before I go ripping the door panel apart, I figured I would consult the board, am I looking at a motor, window regulator, or what?
I appreciate the help!

I've had the switch blinking before, but it was for my passenger side window. Had to use the switch on the passenger side door to actuate the window up/down so it would re-learn the auto function....

Thank you everyone for your suggestions, I have tried them all and still no success. I have finally got some time to look at it, I've taken the door panel off and there seems to be nothing stuck in the track, but the window switch is giving me a two flash when trying to roll up the window. Any Lexus techs out there care to shine some light on that?
I'm trying to avoid buying a new window switch in the fear of it not working and I'm sure the stealership is gonna hit me pretty hard for it. Any IS owners local the NW suburbs of IL care to let me try their switch?

Was intox and figured it out.
SO sorry to be returning this post from the dead, (especially as the first post, //bring on the flame//) YET after having this happen last night I was intoxicated and figured this out!
◇ Turn car on (Idk mine was on)
•(All other windows closed)
•(All doors closed, yet all unlocked)
◇ Roll window up and keep holding up (This apparently stops the window from rolling down)
◇ Now lock the drivers side door with the lock/unlock button above the window switch)
◇ Let go of the button and the window should stay up!
PM me and tell me if it worked or not for you!

Bump from a while back. I had a similar problem after a full recharge and terminal cleaning after finding a ton of sulfates on the positive terminal. Passenger and both rear windows did not work when using the driver's panel. Down +4seconds Up +4seconds on all three doors and now everything works.. including the "all windows down" when using the fob. Thanks!
