Yes they are stock.
I myself judge height by tire/fender gap and not lip/ground clearance. People have told me to get a bigger front lip and side skirts, that way when i slam the car it will LOOK lower... imo its the same thing as a chick with a wonder bra, it'll only LOOK bigger.
