Default Looking At An 07 IS250 AWD, Have Some Questions

A local dealer has an 07 IS250 AWD auto, with 27k miles for $24k. I put the VIN in to lexus.com and it seems to have a pretty extensive maitenence report. Is there anything to be concerned about in it?

Are there any other things to look at for? Price seem about right? It has nav, wood grain trim, standard speakers, heated/cooled/powered seats with memory.

Thanks for any help. Going to go look at it in a few hours.

Wood trim with memory seats in on '07 means it has the Luxury Package, which includes rear sunshade, autodimming/tilting rear view mirrors, power tilt/telescope steering wheel and rain sensing wipers. It doesn't look like there's anything really major in that service list--a couple of recalls and at least 1 TSB. Looks like the prior owner had it serviced regularly.

Replacing the shock absorber assemble and all those tire repairs seems odd.

If the vehicle is in good shape, I would not worry about it. If you look closely and see scratches or other signs of hard use, I would steer clear.

As mentioned above seems like a lot of tire related issues but if the under carriage is free of damage and the wheels aren't all beat up no other yellow/red flags.
