I still highly doubt you have a problem that needs attention. This happens a lot of times under heavy throttle, when the cats arent completely warmed up.
If this happens at any point in the throttle spectrum, with and without AC on, during both warm and cold engine, thats the only time I'd say this needs to be brought up to Lexus for cat inspection. And if it is your primary cats, those are connected to your headers, so they would replace both i assume.
Like i said, i dont think you have a "problem" though...
EDIT: FWIW, Since installing headers (which removes primary cats) and inserting high flow cats into my JoeZ race exhaust (which had no cats), i have never had this smell, where as i had it on occasion before (as stated, when i got on the gas to get on the highway when the cats werent warmed up)

This has happened to me. I also started a thread on this about a year ago. A member told me to try to use a different gas station that I usually don't pump at and it worked!
Something about the gas being "too rich" at some places. IDK.

And I have an IS250, even boosted a 350 with nitrous as you have will demolish it. It's more to add character, be a little quicker and to set a new standard. I will dyno it before and after and hopefully do some highway runs against the gf's 350.

It's done 75k, not far from reaching the 80k mark
I've changed the fuel for the last week, gave the a car a hit under heavy throttle, the smell is still there but no where near as bad as what it was. I'm from Sydney, will the cats warranty apply to me also? I'll try giving lexus a call, see what they would have to say...
Thanks guys!
