I love the new car! I was just checking out the BRZ a few days ago and they've been selling as soon as they get them in.
Was there a big dealer markup on the price? The markup on the local BRZ's was so high that I had to pass on getting one.

Yes, the BRZ has 5k marked up rip-off above the sticker price if you walk in the dealer. So most of the buyer order the car and wait for at least 2 to 3 months for delivery. If you order today at the dealer and if you are LUCKY enough on the long list may get it end of August. But what I see on the market right now you probably wont see your car arrival until end of september !!! the everyday long waiting for the car is what killing . Car is shortaged all over the world and very limited production. The factory just can't produce fast enough for the demand. Hope you get one and good luck.

Scion FRS Drive Tour Los Angeles!
The first-ever official drive tour gathering of Scion FRS, Subaru BRZ and AE86, that takes us through streets, canyon roads, highways and stopping through the most scenic areas in Los Angeles, meeting many other owners and fans along the way. This event will take place on August 5th, 2012 Sunday and will start in the morning and last an entire day, ending at Longo Scion for a car meet with other Toyota/Lexus/Scion owners in the late afternoon.
Official Media will accompany us taking lots of photos and we’ll have plenty of time along the way to share friendship and chat about cars.
This event is exclusive to FRS owners, and registration will be online in limited quantities of 40 spaces, so as to keep it organized and efficient for this event. This will be a first of many to follow that may cover greater distances in the future with more people.
There will be a keepsake collector’s guidebook map of the route, and other memorabilia marking the event for registered participants. Registrations will open on July 7th, and will cost $25 per car, good for one driver/owner and 1 guest. The same amount will be paid out on the day of the event upon check in, with a gas credit card or gift certificates, along with benefits for the event. Lunch and dinner will be catered for registrants.

This TRD Kit w/ rear diffuser Quad tips is insane . I believe TRD test it and name the car something like N1 version w/ more HP on youtube, but we don't know how many HP under the hood. I already seen some vendor have installed this kit at FT86 forum.

This DAMD Lexus LFA kit woud fit this car below perfectly
Oh boy the development for turbo & supercharger kits just keep on going for record to be broken.
And here it run today 1/4 11.3s @127.49 mph; 0-60 is unknown at this point but it could be in low 4.2s . BTW, what is the M3 coupe stock turbo for 1/4 ?
