I have an 07 and have had the F conversion front for just around a year now with no issues. It has complete replacement parts for everything except the grille surround, so you might have to buy one of those since the 09 has the new style one. I doubt they would change the major mount points of the bumper or anything like that. Oh and the foglight bulb type is H11 instead of 9006 so you need an adapter.
IM IN THE SAME POSITION WITH MY 2010...the best option is either buy the 2 splitters from Sewell which is about $500 with our discount it makes the front look sportier or get the 2011 bumper that looks sweet.
