I would like to upgrade my 2009 IS front bumper, but i really hate those civic like lip kits.I really like the ISF front bumper, but can only find 2006-2008 front conversion kits...before you guys start going off...I don't want to fake an ISF. I just want an ISF front bumper conversion kit $450 to 550.Has anyone performed this on a 2009? I am open to suggestions but not lip kits.

Why not a GFX front? I added one and love it. It isn't as aggressive as some of the kits that you have referenced, but changes the look completely. I added mine at least a year ago, and now consider an IS without one to look weird.....

The isf front is a lot wider than the 2is, it's gonna look ridiculous stupid with the conversion unless you add some skirts and rear spoiler

The isF conversion bumper is not wider, it is made to be flush with a regular 2IS.

I'm curious as to what lip kits you have seen when you refer to "civic lip kits" All the lips I have seen for the IS are good if not a great addition to the IS. But that is just opinion.

I don't think there that much, if any entire front bumper replacements for the for 09 IS.

If you want the ISF front, just spend the extra $$$ and custom it to make it fit. It might be a lot of work but it will be worth it. ISF front is

I've seen 2-3 members on here with the IS F conversion. I agree it wont look good without sideskirts and a rear lip. I think the 2011-2012 bumper with the f sport lip looks better than the IS F bumper

I have an 07 and have had the F conversion front for just around a year now with no issues. It has complete replacement parts for everything except the grille surround, so you might have to buy one of those since the 09 has the new style one. I doubt they would change the major mount points of the bumper or anything like that. Oh and the foglight bulb type is H11 instead of 9006 so you need an adapter.

so thats the difference between an 08 and an 09...The grill surround. I've seen these bumpers on ebay but only for an 06 to 08.

u dont like the 2011-2012 f sport bumpers? So much cleaner than the IS F bumpers IMO

I do like the F sport upgrade but I can find it for under $500. The dealer wants 1k plus.
