Default help!! car wants to turn off...

Ok, so.. I sold my aftermarket intake today, then I installed my oem intake system back on the car.. ok first time I turned on the engine, car shuts off, I know this is normal due to neg. battery cable being unplugged.. then I turn car back on and the car sounded really weird, so I rev it a bit and anything below 2000rpm the car shakes and wants to turn off, it cut off twice on me, when I gave it gas from a dead stop. I have done these kind of swaps on my previous IS and on other IS cars for friends, and this has never happened before.. any ideas or advice on this??
Thanks...

Check your mass airflow sensor, make sure its connected, and also clean.

you've got something loose past the maf sensor or its the maf sensor itself.

Check all of your connections, clean the sensor, and reset your ecu again by pulling the ETCS (10A) and EFI fuses (25A) for 5 minutes. Looking at your engine bay, these will be located to the right in that fuse box. They'll be clearly marked in the schematic on the underside of the fuse box lid.

Don't rev after reset. You have to wait a little for the car adjust RPM. remember to turn on AC
